Your right to cancel — physical products
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. Contact us at hello@soundsleeper.org within 14 days of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Our satisfaction guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason within 30 days of purchase, contact us at hello@soundsleeper.org and we will arrange a full refund.
Faulty or damaged items
If your machine arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, contact us immediately with a description and photo if possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
Digital products — ebook
Because digital downloads are delivered immediately, your right to cancel is waived once you have accessed the download, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However our 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies — if you have any problem at all contact us.
How to return
Email hello@soundsleeper.org with your order number and reason for return. Please use a tracked service as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
