UK delivery
All physical orders (machine and bundle) are fulfilled from UK stock and dispatched via Royal Mail Standard. Delivery is free on all orders. Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days from dispatch. We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Digital products
The ebook is delivered digitally. You will receive an email with your download page link and password immediately after purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. If you opted out of marketing emails please contact us at hello@soundsleeper.org and we will send it manually.
International shipping
The direct store currently ships physical products within the UK only. The ebook is available worldwide via Amazon Kindle, Apple Books, Kobo and Bookshop.org.
Delays
We aim to dispatch within one working day of receiving your order. In the unlikely event of a delay we will contact you by email. For missing parcels please allow 7 working days from the expected delivery date before contacting us, as Royal Mail advises this period before treating an item as lost.
