What data we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details). When you sign up to our email list: your email address. When you contact us: your name, email address, and the content of your message.

Why we collect it

To process and fulfil your order. To deliver your ebook download. To respond to your enquiries. To send marketing emails only where you have opted in.

How long we keep it

Order data is retained for six years in accordance with HMRC requirements. Email marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe. Enquiry data is retained for 12 months.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payment processing). Squarespace (website hosting). Royal Mail (delivery — name and address only). We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights
